Seven Sacraments

1. Christ instituted the sacraments. They are seven: Baptism, Confirmation, the Eucharist, Penance, the Anointing of the sick, Holy Orders and Matrimony.

2. Christ instituted the sacrament of Baptism to free us from sin, make us reborn as sons of God, and make us members of Christ and of the Church and share Christ’s mission.

3. Christ instituted the sacrament of Confirmation to confirm and to strengthen our Christian life and faith and complete Baptismal Grace and God will come and live in our hearts.
